What shipping service office we use ?
To Shipping the package we use Express mail service (EMS) and Internasional Fast Packages (CP). As long as we are contacted before your order leaves our warehouse (before 12 hours from your

When will my order be processed?
All orders are both processed and shipped same-day, Monday through Friday, as long as they are
placed before 3PM Indonesian Time. Orders placed on Saturday are same-day when placed before 12AM Indonesian Time.
When will you ship my order?
If placed before the cut-off time, your order will ship same-day anywhere between 1AM and 3AM
Indonesian Time.
What if my order delayed ?
Unfortunately, delays do happen every once in a while, and most of the time it is out of our control.
If a delay does happen, please contact us and we will try and resolve it for you, however, EMS
Courier should be your first point of contact in these cases.
My Package Says Delivered but I Never Received ?
In the case where a package says delivered to the right address, but the customer has not received,
we recommend that the customer asks others at the residence first. It is very common for another
person in the household to have received the package – so please check with anyone else living at
the residence first. In rare cases, a neighbor may also accidentally have the package. These are
common issues, but in rare cases, USPS may know more information if there was a mistake on their end so it is recommended to call them. If you have exhausted these options, please message
customer support to assist.
Will I receive tracking on my package?
Yes, of course. Giving a tracking number will be given 1 day after the order, because we will process many package ship, we will send tracking evidence to your email. If you don’t immediately receive a shipment notification or tracking, don’t panic. Do you guarantee the delivery of your products?
Yes, most definitely.
If your package is hold or lost, we will guarantee re-delivery for free (on order 1 to 10 kilos) ,
for bulk orders, you only pay 50% of the initial price

Is the product pictured the same product I will receive?

Do you regularly test your products?
Yes, we work closely with a food lab to test for alkaloid content as well as contaminants. We do our
best to update product descriptions with this information and each product label contains a lot
number for reference. Note : If you want to display the results of our lab tests, we can send them to your email. Sorry we can’t display it on the website, including our reasons. I hope you understand.
Do you offer your products in bulk?

Note: The minimum order for wholesale is 10kg. Do you offer Free Sample?
No. If you interested to test our quality, we recommended to try small orders before placing large
orders.

experience in using UPS, DHL, or Fedex, because of the shipping tool, it does not guarantee package security.
If the product I receive is different colors or the brightness level in the product photo on the
website?
Yes and no. As we have enormous customer database and shipload of orders every day, we go
through inventory very quickly. Given this, sometimes the batch of powder we receive can be
different in color, as this is due to the harvest of leaves. This is simply due to nature and is out of our control.
